So there's still much to do. I'm chugging along, getting these characters on model again. I keep forgetting I have a class Thursdays, so I'm putting my work up now. Don't mind Storyboard Pro's many punctuation glitches by the way haha.

As a neat trick, click on the 'label' at the bottom with my name, to see all of my posts on this blog.

I recently switched the players location in this shot after a vote. I've yet to edit the REST of this chunk, to follow suit.








THIS shot now has to be reworked, as the aliens are no longer over there. I need to find a way to get this done while keeping screen direction. Perhaps if Mikey turns his eyes to our right in the previous panel.
This part was going to get redrawn anyway, I guess.

So does this pose, though it's getting a cleanup pass anyway. And the catcher is gone.



Still adding BG details to everything. I'm juggling that with the other technical notes.

I am going to try to make it to the meeting tomorrow, but if I don't here are some new shots I have done. They are still rough though I think that they look much better. Also, couldn't get PDFs working well so I hope JPEGS are ok.

hey again! so i just finished most of the changes that had to be made on my portion of PART 3 of the second half of the script. here is a pdf file of my screen direction changes, and new boards illustrating Eli's pitching machine. the only thing i have to change is the last over head camera move to be more centered which will be done this weekend. unfortunately i cannot make the meeting on sunday night, due to work at the coffee shop in Marin County. sorry guys, but here are my latest boards if anyone has any feedback or comments please don't hesitate.

Script Intro

Here's a pdf of the intro I showed in class on Tuesday. I'm still working on the corrections. I wasn't sure how to upload a .pdf to blogspot so I uploaded it to mediafire so you just have to download it first. Hope that's okay.

I'm very sorry I couldn't make the corrections before the meeting earlier today so you could show them to Mark.

Here are some of the shots I'm working with now.

Van is going to enter and pull up to the corner in this shot

Mikey is going to spot Vince sitting on the bleachers.

Mikey walking to where Vince is sitting on the bleachers.

a two shot of both of them sitting on the bleachers looking at the book together.

I was thinking about this earlier. Because Mikey and Vince are sitting on bleachers in front of the ball park (instead of a bench facing the street) The backgrounds are mainly going to consist of the street and the bleachers behind them. Instead of the possibility of the ball park being in the background as they talk about the book. I wonder if this is the right direction to go?

...trying to work this shot it but I'm not sure if we need this big of a scale. Will pull Brad and Luisa out of the crowd, thanks for reminding me. I had totally forgotten about that comment D:
