Hey there. Rusty from Never sleep Productions

Hey all, here's the big edit I was talking about in terms of getting better scans. Hopefully these are much better than that last batch.

Jaime from Dr. Girlfriend

Or is it Dr. Mrs. The Monarch? I haven't finished season four yet. These are very rough thumbs. Very rough. I see where I'm going in them, but it might be more difficult for you to. I will post thumbs pass 2 later today

Richard from NeverSleep with thumbs

Hi guys.  Richard Jao here and I'm dropping some storyboard thumbs here as well.  I'll be following suit with posting images directly unless I'm told otherwise.  I'm also practicing using a Cintique for these, so excuse the roughness.

More Abraham Thumbs

Mike of the Abraham Lincolns here with an assortment of my thumbnails and practice sketches for the characters. They're not in any particular order as I wanted to draw out specific scenes as inspiration or difficulty hit.

Like Eric said in his post, not 100% sure I'm doing this right, but if I wasn't supposed to post these (and the soon to be following) images here, then just yell at me I suppose, haha.

Thumbnails

It's Eric from team Abraham Lincoln reporting in, a.k.a The Abraham Lincolns, a.k.a The Honest Abes, a.k.a Lincoln Logs.

Mike and I sent some email's back and forth wondering if we were supposed to post the thumbnails here today, and i think yes. So this is what I have right now.More or less my whole chunk of the sequence. If I wasn't supposed to put this here then yell at me in the comments I guess.

Question

For thumbnails, must the naming convention be adhered to? I'm sort of putting several on the same document, do you want them separated and whatnot, or can we be more free form as we are working out the details of number of shots/frames, etc.?

Please correct me if I've gotten any of this wrong!

Here are the naming conventions for the 2012 Pass -

JRG2012_STORY_SQ[SEQUENCE NUMBER]_S[SHOT NUMBER]_F[FRAME NUMBER]_V[VERSION]_[YOUR FIRST INITIAL AND LAST NAME].psd

So, if I were doing Sequence 001, Shot 023, and I was on Frame 005, and this was my second pass, my naming convention would like like this...

JRG2012_STORY_SQ001_S023_F005_V002_AWOOD.psd

TEAM 1: DOCTOR GIRLFRIEND -
Your block is of the script Sequence 001.  It's the start of the script up until the third page after the first paragraph.  The last sentence of your block is "BRAD turns around wide eyed:"

TEAM 2: NEVER SLEEP PRODUCTIONS -
Your block of the script is Sequence 002.  It stars on the third page with the line "BRAD: What'd you say to me?!".  It ends on the fourth page, after the player read labeled "***INSERT SF GIANTS READ ON TEAMWORK*** (As VINCE pulls out Teamwork card)."

TEAM 3: ABRAHAM LINCOLNS -
Your block of the script is Sequence 003.  It starts on the fourth page.  The first line is "The next Alien comes up to bat and hits a wicked grounder between first and second base."  It ends on the sixth page, after the first paragraph.  The last sentence of the block is "She gets a piece of it and runs for a single."

TEAM 4: RAGE BRIGADE -
Your block of the script is Sequence 004. The first sentence of your line is "Cut to MIKEY in the dugout while LUISA runs through first" on the sixth page.   I know Shaun discussed shortening the final block for you, so I refer to him on the end point of your block.

If you could kindly check-in by just adding a comment letting Shaun and I know that you've read this post!

Thanks guys! I'm looking forward to a fun and productive semester!

- Andy
