Gonna try and get some time on the cintiq's asap. Anyone know if they lab is open on Sundays? Pretty sure they weren't last year... which was pretty lame.
On a side note, before I get into the actual boards, how is everyone orienting the field layout? If I were at the bating box, would the Junior Giants be on the left or right? My initial thought was JG on left, aliens on right, and at least from looking at Erics thumbnails he seems to have gone that direction.

we've been putting the JG on the right of home plate, as that seems to be a norm for protagonists in any movie about baseball. This is easily changed if the class consensus differs.
Well said Jaime. You're right of course but you don't want to be dictated too much by this aspect of screen tradition. Dav, you've got some clear and concise poses here and the drawing style that you're incorporating is effective. However, time to start structuring the shots and sequence rather than simpler posework and character emphasis. Also, time to get on the Cintiq me thinks! Shaun
I should have specified "to the right of home plate as one looks out upon the field" to be clearer. As stated, this is easily changed should anyone feel, even whimsically, that we should do so.
Ya, according to baseball rules the home team usually has the first base side. And since the opposing team are aliens... i'm assuming the Junior Giants are the home team. So i'm gonna stick with that.
